Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the documentation of project requirements and technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Manage and organize project files, meeting notes, and resource allocation.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and propose effective solutions to the project manager.
- Support the execution of daily operational tasks and ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in project coordination or administrative support.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (Jira, Asana, or Trello).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Location: Must be currently located in or willing to commute to San Jose, CA.
- Reliability: Must be available to start immediately and demonstrate strong time management skills.
- Education: High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
