Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving blockers to maintain momentum.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular status reports and strategic communication.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers and team leads to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing departments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the tech or consulting sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
- Professional certification such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 is strongly preferred.
- Expert proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to executives.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on results-driven solutions.
