Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless integration.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management on a regular basis.
- Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a full-time capacity within the technology or finance sector.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- PMP, CAPM, or PSM certification is highly preferred.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
