As a Technical Recruiter at NV Talent Partners, you will be at the forefront of our growth, utilizing your expertise to source, screen, and place candidates in high-demand roles. This is a high-commission role with uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify and screen qualified technical candidates.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements.
- Interview Process: Conduct effective phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Placement Management: Negotiate offers, close placements, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with Las Vegas market trends and salary benchmarks.
- CRM Administration: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (agency experience highly preferred).
- Skills: Proficiency with ATS software (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Drive: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
- Location: Must be willing to work in Las Vegas, NV.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
