Responsibilities
- Conduct and screen candidate interviews on Saturdays and Sundays to identify top talent for client positions.
- Manage the full cycle of temporary placement, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified applicants for our client roster.
- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and databases with accurate candidate information.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client staffing needs and market demands.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers.
- Process payroll and necessary paperwork for temporary workers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
