Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place candidates for weekend and temporary positions using ATS platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with Chicago-based clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate assessments for skills, cultural fit, and job requirements
- Coordinate onboarding processes for placed candidates and manage documentation
- Utilize social media and job boards to source passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles
- Track staffing metrics and provide weekly performance reports to management
- Attend weekend job fairs and recruitment events to expand talent pipeline
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
