The Role:
You will be the face of our brand, responsible for sourcing top-tier talent and managing the full recruitment lifecycle for our clients in the Bay Area.
Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level positions in technology and finance.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, networking events, and social media channels.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-depth technical interviews.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate data entry.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Build long-term relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Taleo).
- Strong understanding of the San Francisco tech market and salary benchmarks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
