Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and attract passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates to ensure high satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand salary trends and talent availability in the Raleigh area.
- Perform thorough candidate assessments and skills testing.
- Coordinate and attend job fairs and networking events to expand our talent pool.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales and placement targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred; equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service is highly valued.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media for recruiting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
