Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and culture.
- Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Placement Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks in the Oklahoma City area to provide expert advice to clients.
- Administrative: Maintain accurate candidate and client data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales preferred.
- Market Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of the local Oklahoma City job market and industry sectors.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Tools: Proficiency in using CRM software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Drive: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
