Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates to match them with open job requisitions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Coordinate and schedule onboarding sessions and orientation for new placements.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on candidate status.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure all time sheets are submitted correctly.
- Conduct market research to identify new talent pools and industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or staffing/recruiting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (for occasional client site visits).
