Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients in Milwaukee
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to placement
- Leverage ATS platforms and social media for talent acquisition
- Conduct client-facing interviews and presentations
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing or corporate recruitment
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs and quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong Milwaukee professional network preferred
