- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for urgent client needs in Philadelphia's competitive landscape
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with 50+ local businesses to understand talent requirements
- Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards to build diverse candidate pipelines
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratios, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales team to align recruitment strategies with business growth targets
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill positions in PA's key industries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience with proven placement track record
- Deep knowledge of Philadelphia's job market and industry-specific talent pools
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with C-suite candidates
- History of meeting/exceeding revenue targets in high-volume environments
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
