Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse industry roles across New Orleans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key industry partners
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, culture fit, and career aspirations
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media to identify passive candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Louisiana's labor market and industry trends
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
