Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, finance, and engineering sectors
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Fortune 500 clients in Miami
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews using structured methodologies
- Utilize ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment funnels
- Collaborate with sales team to identify emerging market opportunities
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed market analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record placing technical or healthcare professionals
- Expert knowledge of Miami's job market and talent landscape
- Advanced proficiency in Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar ATS platforms
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-SCP or CERF certification preferred
- Ability to manage 15+ simultaneous requisitions
- Spanish fluency required for bilingual client interactions
