Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client requirements in tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure perfect candidate-role alignment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from offer to onboarding
- Develop strong client relationships through regular communication and reporting
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and optimize workflows
- Collaborate with marketing team to create innovative sourcing campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment for technical, clinical, or financial roles
- Proficiency in Boolean search and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume urgent hiring requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
- Strong understanding of California labor laws and compliance requirements
