Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client positions within 48 hours
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in Kansas City metro
- Utilize ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of filling urgent positions within tight deadlines
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close offers quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
