Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing candidates.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust database of active and passive candidates to ensure immediate fill rates.
- Client Relations: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and culture fit requirements.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates effectively.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires in their transition to ensure high retention rates and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Salesforce).
- Drive: High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
