Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent roles across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through strategic networking and digital outreach
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Cultivate strong relationships with client companies to understand staffing needs and service requirements
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track recruitment metrics and optimize workflows
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to address urgent staffing demands in Wichita's competitive market
- Collaborate with team to refine recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and placement techniques
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and social recruiting tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client/candidate meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
