Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline in the Nashville market.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide constructive feedback to hiring managers to ensure the best cultural and technical fit.
- Manage relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the placement process.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms to identify and engage passive job seekers.
- Attend local job fairs and networking events to promote TalentBridge's services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources within an agency environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly recruitment targets.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client site visits within the Nashville metropolitan area.
