Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates to fill temporary and permanent positions for our client portfolio.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including posting job ads, building talent pipelines, and conducting background checks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms to actively engage passive candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into their roles.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients to ensure competitive placement offers.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, consultative demeanor.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines and deadlines simultaneously.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required for client site visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
