Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across technology, healthcare, and administrative sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling job advertisements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates across multiple industries
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong analytical abilities to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
