Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, and placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across Boston's key sectors
- Leverage ATS tools to track metrics and optimize recruitment pipelines
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly KPIs
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Represent company at industry networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and Boolean searches
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
- Boston market knowledge strongly preferred
