Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (tech, healthcare, finance)
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, placement, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain relationships with 50+ active client companies
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter daily
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and candidate pipelines
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends
- Mentor junior recruiters during peak hiring seasons
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of 25+ placements annually
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong Albuquerque business network preferred
- SHRM-SPHR or CTS certification a plus
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid New Mexico driver's license for client meetings
