Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems and social platforms to expand talent pipelines
- Meet weekly KPIs for placements and candidate engagement
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and talent shortages
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record meeting placement metrics in competitive markets
- Expertise in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for contract and permanent roles
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
