Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and logistics
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through targeted sourcing strategies
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and skill assessments ensuring perfect role alignment
- Develop deep client relationships through regular consultations and market trend analysis
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding with precision
- Leverage cutting-edge ATS tools and social media platforms for maximum candidate reach
- Exceed monthly KPIs through data-driven recruitment strategies and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless candidate experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing or agency environment
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence candidates and clients alike
- Strong understanding of Jacksonville's local job market and industry demands
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional Recruiter Certification (CPC or CSP) strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
