Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings within 48 hours
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across technical and non-technical industries
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies

- Collaborate with sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of staffing or recruitment experience in Kansas City market
- Proven track record of filling urgent positions within tight deadlines
