Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse industry roles including tech, healthcare, and hospitality
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive networking and digital sourcing
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect candidate-employer matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding support
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers and key industry stakeholders
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate data
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and stay ahead of competition
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with demonstrable results
- Expert knowledge of Las Vegas job market and local talent landscape
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities for both candidates and clients
- Ability to manage high-volume assignments in fast-paced environments
- Relevant certifications (CPSR, CSP) or equivalent HR credentials preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
