- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct-hire roles
- Build and maintain relationships with 50+ corporate clients across diverse industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Analyze market trends to develop competitive compensation packages
- Utilize ATS and CRM systems to optimize recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job postings
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing or recruitment with proven placement success
- Expert knowledge of Austin's talent market and industry hotspots
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex offers
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Workday, or similar ATS platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Ability to manage high-volume roles with competing deadlines
