Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (IT, Healthcare, Finance)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, interviews, placements, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through strategic account management
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS platforms for talent acquisition
- Analyze market trends to identify emerging skill demands and talent pools
- Collaborate with sales team to exceed quarterly KPIs for placement volume
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience in San Diego market
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with technical and non-technical roles
- Proficient in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) and social recruiting
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid California driver's license for client meetings
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
