Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across multiple industries using our proprietary ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Develop deep client relationships through weekly business reviews and strategic talent mapping
- Analyze market trends to position candidates for competitive compensation packages
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and quality assurance
- Collaborate with marketing team to create targeted recruitment campaigns for hard-to-fill roles
- Lead recruitment training sessions for junior staff to build agency-wide expertise
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in high-volume placements
- Expert knowledge of Oakland's talent market and major industry hubs (Silicon Valley, SF Bay Area)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Demonstrated ability to close 15+ placements monthly in competitive markets
- Exceptional negotiation skills with 95% offer acceptance rate
- Strong data literacy with ability to present recruitment metrics to executive clients
- Valid California driver's license for client meetings across the Bay Area
