Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record of high-volume placements in 30-60 days
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
