Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings across Fort Worth metroplex
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand roles (IT, Nursing, Warehousing)
- Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 and local enterprise clients to understand hiring needs
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) to track candidate progress and metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of filling urgent, high-volume roles in Fort Worth market
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with ATS proficiency
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Deep understanding of Fort Worth's key industries and talent landscape
- Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and KPIs
