Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client industries including automotive, healthcare, and technology
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital outreach
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-client alignment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job requisition to placement
- Cultivate long-term relationships with hiring managers and industry partners
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable talent acquisition insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry-specific platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday, Greenhouse)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
