Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs in tech, healthcare, and finance
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to onboarding
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and pipeline progress
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with precision
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Collaborate with sales team to meet quarterly KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding hiring targets
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven settings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid driver's license for client meetings
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
