Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across technical and non-technical roles using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Develop deep client relationships to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding using our ATS platform
- Conduct strategic outreach via LinkedIn, industry forums, and networking events
- Analyze market data to position candidates competitively and negotiate offers
- Maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction through personalized communication
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven placement track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong understanding of Mesa's tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport at all levels
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics
- Valid Arizona driver's license for client meetings
