Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for specialized tech roles (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across Fortune 500 companies
- Leverage cutting-edge ATS and recruitment marketing tools
- Maintain 95% candidate placement satisfaction metrics
- Lead talent pipeline development for emerging tech verticals
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/tech clients
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually
- Expert knowledge of Virginia's tech talent ecosystem
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Technical interview assessment capabilities
- Active SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
