Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for critical technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists) across Seattle's tech ecosystem
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, GitHub/LinkedIn outreach, and niche tech communities
- Execute 15+ high-stakes technical interviews weekly with deep technical assessments
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with 20+ key tech clients in the Seattle metro area
- Optimize recruitment funnels using Greenhouse and Lever ATS to achieve 95% fill rate targets
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal billable quota of $500K+ annually
- Drive diversity initiatives ensuring 40%+ diverse candidate placements across all technical roles
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success placing senior-level engineering talent
- Expert knowledge of Seattle's tech market, including startup culture and FAANG hiring practices
- Advanced technical acumen to evaluate candidates across full-stack, cloud, and AI/ML domains
- Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Demonstrable track record of exceeding KPIs in a fast-paced agency environment
