Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key NYC-based tech companies
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and Boolean search strategies
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers
- Optimize recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, candidate quality, and retention rates
- Stay current with emerging tech trends and NYC market dynamics
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven success placing candidates at NYC-based tech firms (startups to enterprises)
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche communities
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages, cloud platforms, and DevOps
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse preferred) and data-driven recruitment approach
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
