- Source and place top-tier candidates in high-demand roles within 48 hours
- Build and maintain relationships with Fortune 500 clients in Denver
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS to optimize candidate pipelines
- Drive revenue growth through strategic contract staffing solutions
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining 95% client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually
- Expertise in Denver's talent market across tech/healthcare sectors
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Workday preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CERS certification highly valued
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
