Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates across multiple industries including manufacturing, healthcare, and IT
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, culture fit, and career aspirations
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Utilizing ATS platforms and social media to expand candidate pipelines

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs and quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities for candidate placements
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
