Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of roles within the Denver metro area.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using social media and professional networks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and candidates to understand needs and match profiles accurately.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
