Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-priority federal and tech clients
- Develop strategic sourcing pipelines using Boolean search and AI-driven tools
- Lead client consultations to define staffing needs and deliver customized solutions
- Conduct behavioral interviews and technical assessments for specialized roles
- Drive business development through targeted networking and client retention
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends to inform pricing strategy and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical/federal recruitment experience in DC metro area
- Proven track record of placing cleared professionals and specialized talent
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and federal contracting requirements
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and KPI optimization
- Active DC security clearance clearance (or ability to obtain)
