Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for permanent and contract roles across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, networking, and social media outreach
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical alignment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment including ATS management (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
