Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across multiple industries using advanced Boolean searches and networking strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial screening to offer negotiation with 95%+ placement success rate
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Fortune 500 clients in Southern California
- Leverage our proprietary AI-powered recruitment platform to identify passive talent
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling employer branding campaigns
- Optimize recruitment funnel metrics with weekly performance analytics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience with proven tech/healthcare placements
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and applicant tracking methodologies
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with 95% offer acceptance rate
- Deep network of connections within Long Beach and LA tech ecosystem
- Ability to close 15+ placements quarterly with minimal supervision
