Responsibilities
- Handle 50-75 inbound/outbound customer calls daily with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, products, and services
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system and document all interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for call quality and resolution time
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
