Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Process returns, exchanges, and order modifications
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with retail partners to resolve service issues
- Assist with inventory reconciliation tasks
- Contribute to monthly performance reporting
- Participate in bi-weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week (Mon-Fri 9am-2pm)
- Previous retail or e-commerce experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving aptitude
