Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely with OSHA-compliant protocols
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain product integrity
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain clean workspaces
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or industrial experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (4:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
