Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts, stock checks, and manage stock rotation.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, RF Scanner) safely and according to protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Ensure all packaging materials are utilized correctly to minimize waste.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
