Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy within SLA requirements
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and perform daily cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment issues
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Basic computer literacy with MS Office Suite
