Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using warehouse management software.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak periods.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment issues immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
